Sitting within our Merchandise, Planning and Allocations team, this role is all about supporting the engine room of the business. You’ll help ensure the right product lands in the right place, at the right time, using data, commercial thinking, and a genuine love of product.
This is a hands-on, learning-rich role for someone who’s curious, organised, and excited to build a career in merchandising inside a fast-paced, founder-led brand.
The Mission
Reporting into our Merchandiser based at our Loganholme HQ, the Junior Merchandiser supports the execution of merchandising strategies that drive sales, margin, and inventory performance.
This is a fixed term parental leave cover contract, however we are growing fast and always keeping an eye out for ongoing opportunities for aligned team members!
You’ll work closely with Design, Development, Creative, Retail, and E-commerce teams to support seasonal assortments, trade performance, and product lifecycle decisions - ensuring everything aligns to our brand vision, creative direction, market trends, and community needs.
From trade reports and range planning support to inventory flow and performance insights, this role gives you exposure across the full merchandising cycle while building strong commercial foundations and real-world experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting weekly trade reporting and analysis of sales and stock performance
- Assisting with markdown and pricing recommendations
- Helping build seasonal assortments, range plans, and SKU targets
- Supporting range sign-offs, buying meetings, and presentations
- Monitoring inventory levels, sell-through, and replenishment needs
- Maintaining accurate product and performance data
- Analysing market trends, community insights, and competitor activity
- Partnering with Retail and E-commerce teams to support visual merchandising and product presentation
- Providing insights to support sales, margin, and inventory outcomes
- Managing multiple projects while meeting key deadlines
