Job Description

Our mission is to inspire people to be 1% Better Every Day, and as we continue to scale, we’re on the hunt for a Senior Merchandiser who can shape how our product shows up across every channel. This is your chance to drive range strategy, lead seasonal assortments, and influence commercial outcomes that are felt from design and development right through to our community.

The Mission

Based at our HQ in Loganholme, you’ll lead the development and execution of merchandising strategies in your category that maximise sales, margin and inventory performance across all channels. You’ll play a critical role in shaping product assortments that balance brand vision, community demand, and commercial targets.

Working closely with Design, Development and Creative Direction, you’ll bring and our go-to-market calendar to life through strong line planning, disciplined inventory management, and data-led decision making. You’ll stay close to the numbers, the product and the market - ensuring LSKD delivers the right product, at the right time, in the right place.

This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement - someone who challenges the status quo, thinks commercially, and helps raise the bar across the merchandising function.

What You’ll Bring

The Experience
Proven success in senior merchandising roles within retail apparel or a similar consumer-led environment, with experience managing seasonal assortments and commercial outcomes

Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive sales, margin and inventory turn

Confidence leading line planning, assortment building, pricing and promotional strategies that align brand vision with financial targets
