Job Description

Be the voice of the LSKD community

At LSKD, our community is everything. We exist to inspire people to be 1% better every day and this role sits at the heart of that mission.

We’re looking for a Community Engagement Specialist to create genuine, real-time connections across our social platforms and community spaces. You’ll deliver fast, human interactions that make every member of our community feel seen, heard and inspired while fostering an engaged and thriving Facebook Community Group.

This is a Full Time Role, we support our community across all seven days of the week with a
 rotating team roster Monday - Sunday, shift times vary between 6am - 5pm.
 

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Reactive Engagement

  • Respond to comments, DMs, mentions and tagged content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging platforms
  • Support engagement across CX channels including email, live chat and phone when required
  • Deliver fast, on-brand and human interactions that strengthen connection
  • Monitor conversations and sentiment to ensure every community member feels supported
  • Identify opportunities to create Unreasonable Moments through everyday interactions

Proactive Engagement

  • Actively engage with our community through user-generated content, stories and conversations
  • Support proactive interaction across TikTok, Instagram, Strava, YouTube and emerging channels
  • Participate in relevant trends and conversations in a way that feels authentic to LSKD
  • Spark conversations that inspire our community to be 1% better

Facebook Community Group

  • Plan, create and schedule engaging, value-led content
  • Moderate and maintain a positive, inclusive and inspiring space
  • Encourage participation through sharing wins, feedback, photos and stories
  • Continuously evolve the group experience in line with LSKD values

Community Voice & Insights

  • Act as the internal voice of the community, sharing insights, feedback and emerging trends
  • Identify recurring themes and opportunities to improve customer experience
  • Maintain strong communication loops with relevant teams

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Social, Digital Marketing and CX teams to ensure alignment
  • Support campaigns through engagement and community activation
