The mission
Support the delivery of a seamless, high-performing online experience by ensuring every product is launch-ready, accurately represented, and well merchandised across all regions. You’ll be the link between product, content, and customer - helping bring every drop to life with accuracy and attention to detail.
How you'll make moves
- Support end-to-end product setup, ensuring each release is accurate and live on time
- Enrich product listings with pricing, imagery, descriptions, tags, and metafields
- Work closely with Content and Product teams to ensure all assets are ready for launch
- Maintain site accuracy day-to-day, updating product availability and publish timing
- Use performance data to assist with merchandising across global regions (AU, NZ, US, UK, CA, SG)
- Assist with campaigns, product drops, and promotional moments through product placement
- Help maintain the onsite product lifecycle, including last chance and end-of-line execution
- Collaborate with Planning and Merchandise teams to align product priorities
What you need to get the gig
- Experience in an ecommerce, digital, or merchandising role (or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and execution
- Experience with Shopify (Algolia is a bonus)
- Ability to interpret data and apply insights to site merchandising
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
