Build and evolve a high-performing recruitment function that attracts, engages, and brings in talent aligned to LSKD’s mission of 1% better every day, core values, and growth.
You’ll play a key role in scaling both our business and our culture - ensuring we continue to hire hungry, humble and smart team players as we grow globally.
How you'll make moves
- Lead and evolve recruitment strategies across HQ, Retail and DC to support growth
- Partner with leaders to shape roles, hiring practices, and recruitment campaign strategies
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Lead, coach and develop the Recruitment team to deliver consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes
- Support and enable leaders with tools, training, and guidance on hiring and onboarding
- Support in end-to-end recruiting for high level, business critical roles
- Strengthen community connections through partnerships, events, and outreach
- Refine recruitment processes, systems, and playbooks to support scale and efficiency
- Partner with Marketing and the wider P&C team to bring the LSKD employer brand and EVP to life
- Track and analyse recruitment performance, using insights to continuously improve
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition leadership in a high-growth environment
- Exposure to developing and embedding a brand EVP
- Experience mentoring others, influencing across multiple stakeholders, and managing up
- Agency & vendor management: experience negotiating fees, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with brand
- Proven partnerships with universities, industry bodies, or local organisations to build pipelines
- Experience supporting and embedding HRIS or recruitment system improvements
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment channels, and hiring best practice
- Ability to build relationships and credibility across all levels of the business
- Market insights: understanding of industry trends, talent availability, and competitor benchmarking
- Experience partnering with leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategy with international breadth
- A passion for people, culture, and building high-performing teams
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
