We’re on the hunt for a detail-driven, data-loving Merchandise Allocator to help get the right product, to the right place, at the right time. The mission

As a Merchandise Allocator, your mission is to support the flow of product across our entire retail network, ensuring every store and channel is set up to win.

You’ll balance data with instinct, working closely with our Planning and Merch teams to optimise stock, support product launches, and drive performance. Every decision you make helps ensure our community can access the product they love, wherever they are.

How you'll make moves

  • Own the allocation process across stores and online, ensuring stock is in the right place at the right time
  • Analyse sales, stock levels, and performance to drive smarter allocation decisions
  • Partner with Merchandisers and Planning to execute strategies
  • Manage stock transfers and inventory flow to maximise sell-through and minimise risk
  • Support product launches in-store, ensuring strong execution and availability
  • Provide insights and reporting to guide trading decisions and improve performance
  • Collaborate with Retail, DC, and VM teams to align on product flow and merchandising strategies
  • Maintain accurate product data, pricing, and availability across all systems
  • Continuously improve allocation processes and support system enhancements
  • Stay close to stores through regular visits and feedback loops

About you

 

  • Experience in merchandising, allocations, or planning (retail apparel a big plus)
  • Strong analytical mindset - you know how to turn data into action
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with retail systems
  • High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Clear communicator who can collaborate across teams and influence outcomes
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Commercially minded with a passion for driving performance
  • A proactive, solutions-first attitude
