We’re looking for a Head of Training and Development to define and drive how capability is built at LSKD; from first day onboarding through to C-team level leadership. The mission
Your mission is to build a world-class, future-focused learning ecosystem that powers performance, leadership, and culture across LSKD.
You’ll set the strategy for how we develop our people across Retail, DC, and HQ ensuring learning isn’t a “program”, but a core part of how we operate, grow, and get 1% Better Every Day.
How you'll make moves
- Set and lead LSKD’s enterprise learning strategy aligned to growth and performance
- Build a scalable learning ecosystem across Retail, DC, and HQ
- Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver impactful solutions
- Own and evolve leadership development across Leads Self, Teams, and LSKD
- Design and embed learning and training across onboarding, development, and succession
- Lead high-impact leadership programs, workshops, and cultural experiences
- Partner with internal teams and external providers to deliver best-in-class learning
- Champion modern, engaging learning approaches that drive real behaviour change
- Embed learning into the rhythm of the business, not just standalone programs
- Use data and insights to measure impact and continuously improve
About you
- Proven experience leading Learning, L&D, or OD at scale
- Strategic thinker who can connect learning to business performance
- Strong commercial acumen - you get how capability drives results
- Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
- Experience building scalable learning frameworks and ecosystems
- Confident facilitator who can lead high-impact leadership experiences
- Skilled in designing blended learning (digital, facilitated, on-the-job)
- Experience managing external providers and partnerships
- Data-driven mindset - you measure what matters and iterate fast
