We're opening up an opportunity for a full-time Collaborations Coordinator to join our growing US team, based in Austin, Texas. This role is at the heart of how LSKD shows up in the world, building and nurturing the relationships that fuel our community, amplify our brand, and bring our campaigns to life.

Job Description
The mission
Foster brand awareness and community engagement by building meaningful relationships with our ambassadors and brand partners across the US. Support campaign releases and collaborations through seamless coordination and communication, and help drive LSKD's growth and market presence in a new market.
How you'll make moves
Build and maintain genuine relationships with brand partners and ambassadors, going above and beyond to connect in a personal and meaningful way
Seek out and validate new brand partnerships, coordinating collaborations from start to finish
Project manage flyer and digital swap processes, liaising with internal teams and external partners for content, printing, and dispatch
Support brand partner participation in LSKD events and retail store openings, and provide on-the-ground assistance at partner events
Coordinate ambassador onboarding, ongoing support, affiliate programs, and manage reductions or removals with care
Support campaign release execution, including identifying aligned individuals, managing gifting via Creator IQ, and coordinating content briefing and communication
Coordinate athlete, partner, and creator collaborations, covering agreements, commissions, content briefs, event planning, and internal communication on behalf of partners
Proactively manage data entry and admin tasks to keep Collaborations reporting and relationship management running smoothly
Gather product feedback from partners and ambassadors to share with our product and design teams

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience in partnerships, collaborations, community management, or a similar relationship-focused role
A natural ability to build and maintain authentic, lasting relationships
Strong project coordination skills with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts at once
High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Confident communicator, both written and verbal, across internal teams and external partners
Comfortable working with platforms like Creator IQ or similar gifting and affiliate tools (or keen to learn fast)
