LSKD is coming to South Congress. We’re opening our first Austin Flagship, and we need a leader who can build it from the ground up. This isn't a typical Store Manager role - it's your shot to shape how LSKD shows up in a brand new market, build a team that lives and breathes our culture, and turn a store opening into a movement.

You'll be the face of LSKD in Texas. Not just running a retail floor, but building a business, leading a team, and creating a community that shows up for more than just great fits.

We're bringing you on early (well ahead of our grand opening later this year!) so you've got real time to get fully immersed in the brand, get inducted by our US and AUS teams, and start building your team and your community before day one.

Job Description

How you'll make moves

  • Preheat the market: Team up with Community Marketing to run a local pre-opening event tour and build relationships with Austin's fitness spaces, athletes, and partners before we even open the doors.
  • Build your team: Run group interviews to hand-pick, onboard, and grow a team of Educators who live and breathe LSKD.
  • Be the brand: You're the face of the store - bring LSKD's history, values, and way of doing things to life for everyone who walks through the door.
  • Own the community: Build a quarterly plan of in-store activations and local sweat sessions that turn customers into community.
  • Coach your team daily: Run daily game plans and regular feedback sessions that help your team get 1% better, every day.
  • Run the floor: Own weekly visual merchandising, keep the floor at a premium standard, and keep the back-of-house organised and accountable.
  • Nail the roster: Build smart schedules that match peak launch traffic while hitting your wage cost targets.
  • Own the product: Run team fit sessions and own sell-through from the first boxes off the truck to the last one sold.
  • Know your numbers: Read your P&L, manage wages, track daily KPIs, and bring sharp commercial thinking to every week.

  • Premium Retail Leadership: 3–5 years running retail or business operations, developing people, and thriving in high-volume environments.
