The gig, in a nutshell:
You'll be the one behind the scenes and in front of the camera building and running our Social Media for LSKD USA - mainly on IG and Tiktok - and making sure it just keeps getting better. Think: how we talk to our muse, how we pull new athletes into the LSKD community, and how our content backs up everything else we're doing to share our mission of being 1% better every day.  You'll get your hands dirty with content, platform management, community engagement and digging into the numbers, all while teaming up with people across the business to help push LSKD forward in the USA.

Who you are:

• You're chronically online (in the best way) and you actually get why something pops off on IG vs. Tiktok - you're not running the same playbook on both
• You've got a couple of years under your belt running social for a brand, and you know your way around content calendars, scheduling tools and analytics dashboards without breaking a sweat
• Numbers don't scare you, we don't expect a finance level of detail but you can pull a report, actually understand what it's telling you, and turn it into something the wider team can act on
• You're a natural at building relationships, whether that's an athlete, a creator, or a someone part of the team.
• You've got a good eye and a good ear: you know what looks and sounds like LSKD
• You're organised enough to juggle multiple platforms and campaigns at once
• You're always the first to know about a new feature, trend or meme, and you're itching to test it out before everyone else catches on
• There is no ego, just good work
• You are obsessed with fitness, running, or you're already part of a community that lives the active lifestyle, you'll fit right in with our sweaty crew

What you'll actually be doing:

• With support from our Australian team execute our Social Media Strategy (IG + TikTok + Pinterest... all of them), keeping it locked in with the Integrated Marketing Calendar and the bigger brand picture
• Team up with other LSKD team so that socials lines up with product drops, campaigns and brand moments, all feeding into the bigger Go To Market plan
• Get properly nerdy on our audience, who they are, what they're into, how they behave and share what you learn with our wider marketing team
• Plan and run social initiatives short-term, always tied back to the bigger business goals
• Optimise our profiles across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and beyond
• Stay ahead of the game on platform features, algorithm changes and best practice, so our organic reach stays strong
• Track and report on the numbers that matter: likes, reach, engagement, click-throughs, growth and actually do something with that data
• Find and build relationships with athletes, influencers, brand advocates and industry partners who can help spread the word and get us in front of new people
• Get involved in content creation, co-marketing and promo activities that build brand cred and awareness
• Work closely with Email, SMS, Paid Social and other channel owners so organic social is pulling its weight in bringing people in.
• Keep your ear to the ground on social conversations, trends and industry news, and turn that into content, engagement and smart positioning
