As a Digital Marketing Specialist it is your responsibility to drive key outcomes through strategy, planning, budget allocation, account optimisation, creative ideation and performance analysis that are in-line with business objectives. This role spans high-level business objectives and tactical execution, combining data-driven science with creative "out-of-the-box" thinking to increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and maintain a sustainable Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Job Description

How you'll make an impact...

  • Directly manage and optimize top-performing channels, including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Rakuten.
  • Oversee the daily phasing of Digital Marketing budgets across the US market
  • Collaborate with the E-commerce Growth Manager  to develop and refine the GTM (Go-To-Market) playbook for key product releases and promotions.
  • Leverage TripleWhale, Shopify, Google Analytics and in-platform data to make constant improvements across the ad account
  • Collaborate with Creative Direction to understand the LSKD’s product vision and community needs.
  • Act as an ambassador for LSKD, behaving in line with our mission and values.
  • Collaborate within the team to define campaign objectives, target audience segments, messaging, and creative assets.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website copy. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions. Segment email lists, design email templates, write compelling copy, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
  • Analyze performance metrics to maximize ROAS
  • Collaborate with web development and design teams to optimize website content, navigation, and user experience. Monitor website traffic, analyze user behavior, and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and conversion rates.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms to track and analyze campaign performance metrics. 
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate key insights, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.


What you'll bring to the role...

  • 3-5 years as a Digital Marketing Manager/Digital Marketing Specialist or similar
  • 3-5 years experience managing meta ad accounts
  • Experience building and executing digital marketing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, analytics, reporting and CRO
  • Confident managing budgets, campaigns and performance
  • Creative thinker who loves testing, learning and finding better ways to do things
  • Comfortable working fast, juggling priorities and hitting deadlines
  • A natural collaborator and confident leader
  • You're a strong relationship builder with a people-first approach
