We’re opening our first-ever Austin store, and we’re hiring energetic, purpose-driven retail team members to lead the charge. This role blends exceptional on-floor customer experience with local community activation.
Supporting our Store Leadership, you will:
- Be the face of LSKD on the retail floor and across local Texas activations.
- Help execute high-energy in-store events, local pop-ups, and community workouts.
- Connect with local fitness partners to make our store the ultimate community hub.

How You'll Make Moves
As a Retail Team Player, you will act as a product expert, brand storyteller, and local connector.

Product Educator: Master our range of fabrics, fits, and features to guide community to the right gear.

Community Ambassador: Represent LSKD on the retail floor and on the ground at local gym pop-ups and regional activations.

Store Operations: Maintain a clean, fully stocked sales floor, drive daily sales goals, and handle till operations with high attention to detail.

Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time with flexible scheduling (weekday and weekend availability is required to support peak store traffic and community events).

Key Dates

Group Interviews: Must be available for a 2-hour session on Wednesday, October 28 or Thursday, October 29.

Induction & Onboarding: Must be available November 10–12 for a paid 3-day training, followed by store setup ahead of Grand Opening.
Pay: $19 per hour
