This role is all about strategy and execution - crafting data-led campaigns, optimising automations, and bringing our loyalty experience to life. You’ll collaborate across performance marketing, retail, and community teams to make sure every touchpoint delivers on our mission to inspire people to chase the vibe.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Drive strategy and execution across all owned channels - Email, SMS, Push, App, and Loyalty; turning insights into bold, high-performing campaigns and automations
  • Lead end-to-end automation journeys and A/B testing to lift conversion and community lifetime value
  • Partner with Marketing, Retail, and Community teams to close the data loop, optimise targeting, and maximise performance marketing impact
  • Collaborate with the Product and Merchandise teams to evolve our loyalty program through rewards and exclusive experiences
  • Use tools like Triple Whale, Klaviyo, Yotpo, and Tapcart to identify opportunities, optimise flows, and elevate CRM performance
  • Unify data and insights across channels to drive smarter segmentation, community growth, and cross-channel integration
  • Analyse campaign performance, share actionable insights, and ensure compliance across all regions
  • This role contributes directly to key growth metrics like customer lifetime value, loyalty membership, and community retention. Specific KPIs are set annually to align with overall brand goals - including increasing CLV, loyalty members, and retention rates, as well as database growth and ROAS benchmarks

Essential skills and exposure

  • 3+ years in a CRM or Digital Marketing role with proven results in campaign execution and loyalty programs
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (essential) and familiarity with tools like Power BI, Google Analytics, Excel, and CDPs
  • Strong grasp of database management, personalisation, and segmentation strategies
  • Confident managing platform builds, templates, automations, and lifecycle journeys
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive - with a knack for solving problems and spotting opportunities.
