Based in our HQ nestled between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, we’re looking for a Senior Designer in the men's and unisex space with a deep focus on technical performance sportswear design with a strong eye for function, form, and innovation to join our growing design team. This role sits at the intersection of technical garment construction, performance innovation, and streetwear-inspired design, helping us create products that move with our athletes and community. The ideal candidate combines deep technical design expertise with a strong sense of graphic application, understanding how to bring brand storytelling to life through trims, prints, and garment details.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Design & Development
-
Design high-performance men’s and unisex apparel from idea to production.

Create detailed technical drawings (CADs) with construction, stitching, and fabric info.

Build range plans, colorways, and fabric options with Design, Merchandise, and Product Development.

Turn performance insights and athlete feedback into technical, wearable designs.
Fabric & Construction Expertise
Graphic & Aesthetic Application

Create graphics, logo placements, trims, and embellishments aligned with brand identity.

Deliver print-ready artwork for sublimation, screen printing, HD plastisol, appliqué, and woven labels.

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to keep visuals consistent across apparel and campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with Product, Development, and Sourcing to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.

Join fit sessions and provide creative and technical input to finalise production-ready garments.

Present design concepts and seasonal stories to internal teams and external partners.

Use strong fabric and construction knowledge to ensure durability and performance.

Partner with Product Developers to ensure tech packs meet manufacturing and performance standards.
Skills / Experience
Essential
-
5+ years’ experience in performance or technical sportswear design.

Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Strong knowledge of garment construction, patterns, and fabric performance.

Experience creating technical packs and working with offshore factories.

Highly detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects.

Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Passion for training, movement or sport - someone who lives the lifestyle we design for

Graphic design skills for prints, logos, and trims.

Understanding of trends, athlete insights, and sportswear innovation.
