The mission
As our Senior Merchandise Planner, based in our Loganholme HQ just south of Brisbane, you’ll be instrumental in delivering smart, insight-driven merchandise strategies that fuel growth and help us achieve our goals. You’ll use retail analytics, demand forecasting and inventory expertise to make sure our community always has the product they want, whenever and however they connect with the brand.

Merchandise Planning & Forecasting

Develop and execute merchandise planning strategies aligned to company targets

Lead seasonal and category planning, building accurate sales and demand forecasts

Translate market trends, community insights and financial targets into smart assortments

Define assortment breadth and depth by category/SKU

Refine forecasting models to increase accuracy
Inventory & Financial Management

Implement inventory strategies that maximise sell-through and minimise excess stock

Monitor key metrics (turnover, WOS, ageing stock) to identify risks and opportunities

Build and manage open-to-buy plans, adjusting as needed to hit financial goals

Partner with logistics and distribution to optimise stock flow and reduce stockouts
Insights, Reporting & Cross-functional Collaboration

Analyse sales performance and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities

Prepare clear reporting and recommendations for senior leadership

Work closely with merchandising, finance, operations and marketing to align planning strategies with business objectives

Provide meaningful insights that support smart decision-making and drive results
